Your resume should be full of interesting material, from your current MBA studies to your rich past experience. Things like “people skills” can be hard to quantify, but if you look for specific examples of when/how you solved a problem, resolved a customer complaint, led a team, brought people together for a common cause, etc., you will make your point without having to include clichéd and meaningless language (“outstanding interpersonal and communication skills”). Good luck with the resume!</description>
