Sitting at the Airport in Phoenix

It has been a long weekend, waiting for the results from all my essays from the last class. I have started the next class which is about my resume, video, Power Point presentation. It should be pretty easy then my last class, Marketing, Economics and Quantitative Analysis.

I need to sit down and make a plan of action to get this finished these classes, I also have to call Financial Aid tomorrow and see what is up with my paperwork. Get my ducks in a row.

Tomorrow they have me going to Detroit with 30 hours there so I am going to try and see a few people, some studying, and of course exercise.

Which that has been part of the changes that have happened lately, I have to get over that hump of commitment (life style change). I am hoping that muscle memory comes back quickly to get me near to back where I was years ago.

A lot of things in my life are having to go back to basics.

On a different note, I really don’t like sitting here at the airport, I would discuss about it but is better if I don’t.

Good Day in Charlotte, South Carolina

It was a good flight last night into Charlotte from San Diego.

I was able to get some rest this morning before I went a good 6.5 mile walk. It is a interesting walk, because it goes through 2 hospital areas, 1 college and lots of beautiful homes, huge! With lots greenery, trees, flowers, and other garden variety of plants.

I do like the walk, to me it is better than doing cardio, a lot fresher, and more enjoyable. I probably will feel it in the morning.

Then back to the hotel to work on my essay, I have gotten a fair amount done, I am going to work on it some more later before I have to sleep.

I did find out that I got a 4.0 out of 4.0 on the essay I just turned in, which was actually the 4th essay. But I am happy that it turned out well. I feel that I will have this essay done by Thursday.

Six Days of Working

Last night I spent with some friends enjoying the warm evenings here in Arizona.
I had got in from Boston early that morning and tried to go the gym, but was really tired so I only did cardio.
After taking a short nap I worked on my essays while I made phone calls to My dad, Herb, and Pavle wishing them a Happy Fathers Day.
I got most of the rough draft finished, I am hoping to get the definitions finished and career out look tonight and tomorrow in Charlotte.
I need to have this finished before Thursday, then finish out the last two essays.
Well I have to finish this up since I will be flying all night to Charlotte by way of San Diego.

Another Hot Day

It been another warm day here in Phoenix, trying to stay cool and keep the apartment around 83F degrees.

I have caught up with some things, still need to some more chores tonight before I get some sleep and fly tomorrow.

I am going to try and work on my essay later.

I am slowly be able to get things done in between working so much.

Finished Professional Networking Essay

Amazing, I have got time to finish the essay.

I have been sitting stand-by all day 7:00 am – 7:00 pm, I am grateful that I did not get called out to do a turn, ( fly out to a city then come back in the same day).

It was a pretty good essay, but I thought that signing up to Linkedin should be done months before at least the beginning of the 3rd semester.

I feel that I am behind on things like networking, since I haven’t really done much especially professionally.

To much concentration now on finishing my assignments, life, being healthy and then networking. There is always when I am flying to do a little networking, since I see a lot of business people.

Time to get some food, relax a little and maybe watch a movie (since I don’t have cable, no TV) and then back to essay 1.
